Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across Canada.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is simple:
- Orders under $20: a flat rate of $5
- Orders $20 and over: free shipping
Your shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total.
Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of order, and are not guaranteed. Delays by the carrier are outside our control.
Subscription Orders
If you're on a Mov refill subscription, your recurring orders are processed and shipped on your scheduled billing date, using the same processing times and shipping rates above. You'll receive a tracking email with each shipment. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime — just contact us at support@movlabs.co.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating.
If your tracking hasn't updated in several business days, or your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at support@movlabs.co and we'll help track it down.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- Delays: Once your order leaves our hands, delivery is in the carrier's control. We're not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll gladly help you follow up.
- Lost packages: If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us and we'll make it right.
- Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, email us at support@movlabs.co within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it's shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to a re-shipping fee. If you catch a mistake right after ordering, email us immediately and we'll do our best to correct it before it ships.
