Shipping policy

The short version

  • We ship from Montreal, Quebec, every Tuesday and Friday.
  • Orders leave within 1–3 business days. Order before 4 p.m. ET on a shipping day and yours goes out that same day.
  • Free shipping on Canadian orders of $20 or more — under $20, a flat $7.50.
  • Most orders across Canada arrive 3–7 business days after you order.

We ship from our facility in Montreal, Quebec, to anywhere in Canada and the United States.

When your order ships

Packages leave our facility every Tuesday and Friday.

Order before 4 p.m. ET on a shipping day and your parcel goes out that same day. Otherwise it goes out on the next shipping day. In practice that means your order ships within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

You'll get a tracking email as soon as your parcel is on its way. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating, which is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

How long delivery takes

Estimated time in transit, measured from the day we ship:

Quebec 2–4 business days
Rest of Canada 3–6 business days
United States 4–9 business days

These are estimates based on our own delivery data, not guarantees, and they run from the date of shipment rather than the date of your order. Delays caused by the carrier are outside our control.

We ship with Chit Chats, our shipping partner. That is the name you will see on your tracking.

Subscriptions

Your recurring refill order is prepared on your billing date and goes out on the next shipping day, with the same rates above. You'll get a tracking email with every shipment. You can manage, pause or cancel your subscription anytime — just write to support@movlabs.co.

United States orders

US orders ship from Montreal, Quebec, Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Any duties and import fees are prepaid before your parcel leaves us, so there is nothing to pay when it arrives — no customs bill, no broker fee at the door.

Free shipping over $20 applies to Canadian orders only; US rates are calculated at checkout.

Check your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute a parcel once it has shipped, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to a re-shipping fee. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't gone out yet.

If something goes wrong

  • Delayed: if your tracking hasn't updated in several business days, email us and we'll chase it with the carrier.
  • Lost: if the carrier confirms your parcel is lost, we'll replace it or refund you.
  • Damaged: email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund.
